    The good old piano
The method is so simple it could be described in two lines:
    1) Learn anything you want in C major / A minor
    2) Transpose your ELECTRONIC piano by X semitones up or down and enjoy your piece sounding in a new key.

However, how is this method supposed to work on a usual stringed piano, with real hammers and strings?
Probably, the solution would be to make a movable keyboard which could shift physically 6 semitones left or right and position the keys under the right hammers. But this could be rather awkward, if you have to change the key in the middle of a piece. And we'd need extra 12 strings to allow room for movement and lose the range. And I'm not sure any of the current piano makers would make such a keyboard in the nearest century.

The notation is created by combining elements of Common Practice Notation and Simplified Notation. The notation is explicit and only need less than half an hour to learn so musicians can concentrate on thinking about the music and not the notation.
The real benefit becomes appearance when combined with the Middle Root Note Method. It is very easy to play.

To play a note, we need its octave, its position within the octave and the duration we need to play it for.
To play multiple notes at the same time, the notes should be laid out in a way that highlights the timing relationship and even fingering relationship of those notes.

It is relatively easy to read the duration from the common notation. The timing relationship between multiple notes are well represented.

    PS.
About the name. I though I would call it ECN (Enhanced Common Notation). It also encodes my initials. So it is EC's Notation. But it sounds really general. I ended up calling it DCN (Digital Common Notation) to emphasize

    (b) to reflect that the enhancement is by adding number to the notation.
And it happens to encode my wife's initials DC. So it could be DC's Notation. Whether it is done deliberately or by accident is for you to decide ;-)
